Do unused hours roll over?

Because this agreement secures your priority slot in my schedule, hours do not roll over to the following month. It is a use-it-or-lose-it model, and it's your responsibility to utilize your allocated time within the billing cycle.

If your monthly allocated hours are exhausted, work will automatically pause. If you wish to keep going, any additional overage hours will simply be billed at the standard rate of 250 NIS per hour, regardless of your current tier.

Retainer fees are billed upfront on the 1st of every month. The purchase of external assets like premium fonts, stock images, plugins, or special licenses are not included and will be billed separately. Print and development costs are also excluded.
